Michelle & John’s Engagement Session Highlights

Boy oh boy I absolutely love me a great engagement adventure! Michelle and John let us recreate their moment on camera (yes!!!) – well, besides the whole getting down on one knee thing.

Picture this – crisp October air in Philadelphia, two young lovers strolling along the Schuylkill River Trail with their dog. He patiently waits for her to notice that he wants to propose. As they stop at a bench (was it this bench? Or was it this one… wait, maybe it was that bench) he pops the question and she says YES! That would certainly be a autumn stroll to remember!

Together Michelle and John share a love for their dog, Frisbee, Philadelphia, and spending time together! These almost-weds have been engaged since October and are planning an October wedding at the Arts Ballroom (on a side note, did you know the street next to your venue is the same as your married last name?)!

It was so cool taking a walk down the trail with them to see some of the places they used to frequent when they lived in Philadelphia. We also stopped near Paine Park (a first for me, such a great area!) for a different take on a photo with the Philadelphia Museum of Art. A quick outfit change and we found ourselves exploring the area behind the Philadelphia Museum of Art for a few more photos. I love how playful these two are together and how there was no hesitation when I asked John to give Michelle a piggyback ride. When they both looked at each other they couldn’t help but smile (even though it was a tad bit warm during their engagement session!).
