Melanie & John’s Engagement Session Highlights

From across the courtyard we watched Melanie and John make their way towards us at the Philadelphia Museum of Art – the snazziest Eagles Fans we have ever met!

This girl’s shoes were ah-maz-ing – not to mention the white skirt and matching Eagles jerseys. John is a huge Philadelphia sports fan and Melanie wanted to incorporate his love for the football team into their engagement session. There is plenty of great green space at the Philadelphia Museum of Art and it was the most perfect warm day to enjoy a little game of football between the engaged duo. And though it may have been one of the first times that Melanie has tossed a football around, she looked pretty smokin’ tossing and catching that ball in those heels and Eagles jersey!

After a quick outfit change, we captured photos of Melanie and John with boathouse row in the background. These two are Philadelphia through and through. They have an apartment in Philadelphia together, got engaged in Philadelphia and their 2017 wedding is taking place at Vie in Philadelphia – so making sure their engagement photos had a Philadelphian flair was important!

After finishing up behind the museum, these two best friends strolled around the front of the Philadelphia Museum of Art and sat on the steps for a few pictures. In our profession we get to observe a lot of couples.  As you spend time around couples you start to understand why people are together and how the just “click”.  In the case of Melanie and John it is easy to see how they work so well together – they have a great balance of personalities and a shared love of life’s adventures.

We can’t wait for their weddings and we are looking forward to seeing all the personal (Philadelphian) touches they bring to their big day!

We can cheers to love and engagements and everything awesome. Wanna read more? – click here!!!
