Welcome back to Fab Friday!! A few weekends ago a few of my close girlfriends and I escaped to NYC for the weekend. We wanted to get away and have some fun. We were able to get an absolutely fabulous suite at the W Hotel in Times Square. Sorry about the photo quality! I didn’t have my good camera with me!
This is the first time I’ve ever had the privilege of staying at the W Hotel. I was super impressed with the hospitality and friendliness of the hotel staff and I was absolutely thrilled with the look and feel of the hotel itself. When you entered the hotel from the street you were standing under of roof of water with waterfalls coming down on both sides of you. To check in we took the elevators up a few floors to the “Living Room.” The living room included the welcome desks, a hotel store, concierge and a bar along with several seating areas where you can relax and enjoy a drink from the bar with friends. We found out later that the area turns into a mini-club late at night with a DJ. We had a fantastic time enjoying a few drinks and dancing the night away.
Our room was amazing, actually it was fabulous and coincidently called a “Fabulous Room.” It had a great view of Times Square and I enjoyed looking out the two massive windows on the hustle and bustle below. I really loved the modern decor and feel of our room which included one and a half bathrooms, a room with a King sized bed and a separate room with an amazing couch and TV. I also personally loved the touches of hot pink in the pillows and decorations! When we checked in we were giving a complimentary bottle of champagne that came with the room. We opened it our first night to toast in what was going to be a fabulous girl’s weekend away!
I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of my stay at the W Hotel. I would highly recommend this amazing hotel for a weekend getaway with your best girl friends or your special someone. It would also make a fantastic backdrop for one of our Boudior Sessions! We all came back refreshed and relaxed and ready to tackle the week ahead! Hopefully I will get the opportunity to head back soon!
