Alisha & Justin’s Wedding Day Highlights

Golden rays of beautiful sun was one of the most memorable moments from Alisha and Justin’s wedding day – that and beer, lots and lots of locally made beer!

Alisha and Justin have a very special place in my heart – these two high school sweethearts are externally down to watch and matter of fact individuals – as a team they create a powerful relationship. They decided the best location for their wedding would be at Wynridge Farm because it captured the rustic vibe they both love. The ceremony site on property is also jaw droppingly stunning – especially on a clear fall day!

Wouldn’t you know it, this duo ended up with the most picturesque autumn day for a wedding. Alisha took full advantage of getting ready in the bridal suite at Wyndridge Farm while Justin got ready offsite at Hampton Inn and Suites. The talented Patrice Williams did makeup after the ladies returned from Serenity Spa & Salon so Alisha and her ladies could look stunning for the ceremony. It was important to Alisha and Justin that they didn’t see each other prior to the ceremony, so as soon as Alisha put on her Alfred Angelo, she made her way outside for some photos with her bridesmaids.

Each bridesmaid had an Alfred Angelo gown and carried flowers from Lincolnway Flower Shop. They laughed and strolled along the pathways and green acres of Wyndridge Farm for some photo opportunities. Soon we heard word that Justin was on his way with the rest of the gentlemen and we got Alisha tucked away just before his arrival. Justin arrived with his guys in a spectacular Men’s Wearhouse tuxedo. He looked quite dapper and just like this wife-to-be, we took him to a few different photo locations and he laughed and strolled with his guys. I’m sure a few of them had a bit of great advice on how to be a husband and a married man.

Before we knew it, everyone was lined up and guests were seated for the ceremony at the Wyndridge Chapel. Alisha made her long walk from the main building to the ceremony site. With the look that appeared on Justin’s face the moment he saw her come down the aisle, you knew he felt like the luckiest man in the whole world. Alisha’s smile can light up a whole room and she just beamed as she walked towards her future husband. A flower unity ceremony brought tears to a few eyes just before the Officiant Christopher Rodkey pronounced the two husband and wife. The sun was just starting to creep towards the horizon as we did family photos, bridal party photos and photos of the newlyweds. We found this most magnificent place along a fence where the sun just covered the couple with golden light. Probably one of my most favorite moments of their wedding day!

Well, that or it could be the moment we snuck out of the reception for sunset. I’m not sure which light was more amazing – the sunset or the golden hour golden rays…

The restored barn at Wyndridge Farms is an impressive ballroom for events. The tall ceilings are complete with rustic chandeliers and other wonderful modern amenities. The ballroom was decorated with rustic touches and many items were personally collected or created by Alisha and Justin (their guest signing “book” was a wooden picture of the cutest house and everyone put finger prints on the board around it like balloons!). They guest favor were little tiny jars of jam from Kitchen Kettle.

After toasts, Soundwaves Entertainment got the crowd out to the dance floor for a great end of the night party. It’s very clear Alisha and Justin love to be surrounded by friends and family and it’s very clear they love to have a blast! Guests surrounded the pair as they cut, shared, and cake smashed their Exquisite Wedding Cake cake. At the end of the night they requested all their guests line the walkway outside Wyndridge Farms and hold the lanterns from the tables as a super fun lantern exit!

Thank You for having us on your most perfect day! You two are simply wonderful together!
