Kelli & Kevin’s Wedding Day Highlights

Kelli and Kevin. Kevin and Kelli. K squared. Let’s get ’em married at Knowlton Mansion!

We arrived at the Crowne Plaza Bucks County to a huge suite bustling with 10 bridesmaids. Before we could even put our bags down, two bottles of champagne were popped and it was quite evident that it was going to be a fun day with an awesome bridal party! Kelli’s James Madison gown hung in the background as the ladies each took a turn getting their hair done. The open back and the train was just a preview of how stunning this gown, purchased from Bridal Garden, was going to look on the bride-to-be paired with her Badgley Mischka shoes and her Nordstrom jewelry. After Happily Ever After Hair and Make Me Up Pretty finished, we snapped a few photos of Kelli paling around with her Mom and bridesmaids before everyone went to get dressed in their Dessy dresses.

As Kelli was getting was getting ready at the hotel, Kevin was getting ready at his parents house located in Philadelphia. Kevin was ready to get married. Kevin was calm cool and collected and had an air of joyful confidence about him. You could tell he was excited but at the same time he carried himself with a “matter of factness” which was impressive to watch. After putting on his tuxedo provided by Jos A Bank, Kevin and his groomsmen headed out to the alley located behind his parent’s house. As they hung out and had a few drinks there were smile all around. After a coulpe drinks it was time for Kevin to head to the church to meet his stunning bride.

Kelli arrived in style to the Saint Matthew Parish in a trolley provided by Cescaphe Trolley. Her bridesmaids helped her into the church where she was greeted by her father and quickly prepared to walk down the aisle to her husband-to-be. Kevin’s face was stoic as his bride approached, but we did catch the corners of his mouth turn into a hint of a smile. Kelli looked radient and gladly accepted Kevin’s hand as they took their place on the alter for their catholic ceremony.

After some ‘I-do’s’, a first kiss, and a blessing or two, K Squared was officially announced as husband and wife! We did family photos at the church before the bridal party climbed onto the trolley for their trek to Knowlton Mansion for bridal party photos before guests arrived for cocktail hour. What a perfect October day. Though the air was a bit crisp, it was not at all cold. The bridal party laughed a posed then made their way inside the historic home so the newlyweds could take some time for portraits with each other.

And oh, the way these two make each other smile is just pure magic. We were fortunate to have our cameras capture the secret smiley glances these two share with each other. Sometimes it’s really hard to pick just *one* favorite photo from the day, but I really do love the silhouette of Kelli and Kevin standing near the barn where she is pulling him in with just one finger for a kiss.

Kelli and Kevin were announced into their reception with HUGE cheers from the crowd! Their 240 of guests filled the ballroom at the Knowlton Mansion. The tables with decorated with flirtatious arrangements by Twisted Willow Flowers and the shimmering greens, pinks, oranges, and navy of their decor really sang out in the space. Speaking of singing out – Center Stage Entertainment rocked the dance floor all night with an awesome arrangements of songs.

After K Squared cut the cake, a delicious cupcake experience provided by Knowlton Mansion, we made our way into the wine cellar at Knowlton Mansion to create a few more memorable photos for the newlyweds. At this point they informed us that there would be a French fry food truck, Philly Fry Food Truck, outside for guests to snag some bites after the reception. We made our way to the driveway of the mansion to snap a few shots of the newlyweds stealing a kiss inside the truck. What a great way to end a wedding day!

The day was filled with so many people and so much fun! We’re honored to be included in your wedding day celebration!
