Ashley & Bryan | Wedding Highlights

Flourtown Country Club | Flourtown, Pennsylvania

The weather on November 29, 2013 might have been cold and brisk, but everyone who saw Ashley and Bryan were instantly warmed by the clear and vibrant love.  Here at Uncorked Studios, we love when a couple takes their wedding day by the reigns and create an event which highlights and encompasses all the facets of their combined personalities.  Ashley and Bryan’s wedding is a prime example;  this dynamic duo diligently placed their personal tastes, passion, and interests throughout their entire day.

Bryan’s day started at his parents house surrounded by family, friends, and groomsmen.  After a bite to eat and a shower, Bryan and his groomsmen dawned “fit” cut grey suits from the Combatant Gentleman and plaid shirts.  If you don’t know, Bryan loves plaid (in fact we have we have never seen him not wearing plaid or a soccer jersey)!  After a quick picture, the groom and groomsmen boarded a party bus, provided by Sterling Limousine, and headed to the Oreland Evangelical Presbyterian Church to wait for Ashley and her bridesmaids.

Very similar to the start of Bryan’s day, Ashley also started the big day at her parent’s house surrounded by loved ones.  While enjoying coffee from their customized Starbucks coffee cups, the bridesmaids had their make up done by Jason (from True Beauty Marks) while Ashley’s subtle and classy makeup and hair was done by Brittany (also from True Beauty Marks ).  Once the girls were done with their hair and makeup, the bridesmaids slipped into their blue David’s Bridal dresses while Ashley graced a gorgeous, form fitted, strapless champagne/gold Maggie Sottero gown purchased at Harleysville Bridal.  To add a pop of color and her own personal flair to her sleek and sophisticated gown, Ashley were orange heels found at Stephanie’s Bridal.  After a few portraits the girls headed to the church in style in their white stretch limousine.

After a personal, heartwarming, and intimate ceremony everyone headed over to the Flourtown Country Club for some photos while the guests enjoyed cocktail hour.  The grounds of the Flourtown Country Club is a sea of incredibly maintained, rolling, fairways hedged by large full oaks trees.  To get to the photo location the bridal partied boarded golf carts and zoomed down the winding pathways to the fairway of the 18th hole.  If you have never done it we highly recommend ridding on the back of a golf cart, it is fantastic way to travel!  After photos, the bride, groom, and bridal party headed inside to get warm and enjoy the amazing ambiance created by Hatfield Florist, uplighting by Pulse Entertainment, and the staff of the Flourtown Country Club.  Once cocktail hour ended, the bride and groom entered to find  matching Manchester United jerseys on their chairs. One jersey with the number 11 inscribed, the other jersey with the number 29; with both jerseys sharing the name of Clark across the back.  After cutting a classy and elegant cake provided by Lochels Bakery the newly weds and their guest partied the evening way with Cole from Pulse Entertainment and a Photo Booth provided by us over here at Uncorked Studios.
