Liza & Michael’s Engagement Session Highlights

Liza and Michael wanted to relieve the “good old” days with a photo shoot near their first apartment in New Hope.

Being a photographer in the Philadelphia region has many benefits, one of those being the wide range of gorgeous and scenic locations to photograph. Near the top of that list is New Hope and Lambertville. Every time we travel to New Hope and Lambertville the sunset is stunning! Liza and Michael area a fun loving, nature walking, fly fishing, super couple which loves spending time together and enjoying the small retraunts and shops in New Hope. New Hope is where they had their first apartment, and we loved hearing all the old stories as we photographed this relaxed couple “in their natural environment”.

It was a blast watching Liza walk hand and hand with Michael and laugh and point at different buildings and spots in New Hope. Different streets brought different memories – which also brought on the challenge to find the exact spot the Michael proposed to Liza along the waterfront. After some searching, we decided we came really close, but didn’t find the exact spot. We snapped a few photos near the water from the New Hope side looking over to Lambertville.

After spending some time in New Hope we walked across the full span of the bridge to Lambertville (which amazingly enough we had never done before) to take some photos with an amazing sunset in the background. Once the sun has finally set, we traveled to some near by (retired) train tracks to grab a few more photos. Overall the day was relaxed, filled with laughter, and allowed for some fun photos to be taken!
