Justin & Chris’ Engagement Session Highlights

Hunting Hill Mansion at Ridley Creek State Park is one of our most favorite engagement locations to photograph!

Justin and Chris arrived to the Hunting Hill Mansion ready to be photographed. Both guys were super quiet to start, but when we asked them if they wanted to explore the open fields, they agreed. I know a session is going to be great when we start the session with one of my favorite photos of the day. (It’s the photo of the blue sky and the two holding hands). I just feel like they can take on the world together in this photo!

We walked back to the Hunting Hill Mansion and the two guys told us about their crazy life (traveling and living apart and their dog) and how they were excited for their wedding in July. They told us about all their summer adventures with each other and their friends. One of their joint hobbies together is spending time with the people that make them laugh and smile.

As we traveled around the park it was clear they are each other soul mates.  They are the type of couple which can sit for hours, not say a word to each other and with one simple look they break out laughing.  Another favorite moment of the day was towards the end of the session near the rows of trees at the top of the park.  Their true personalities came out as they started to reveal all their inside jokes.  They were smart, witty, and we were laughing with them in no time.
