Danielle & Matthew’s Wedding Day Highlights

There is something so romantic about the first day of summer – especially getting married on that specific day.  It also was such a fitting day for Danielle and Matthew to tie the knot.

Truly I feel that Danielle and Matthew are each other’s ying to the other’s yang. There is a bubbly outgoing spark to Danielle and a more quiet reserved quality to Matthew – a perfect balance for one another. They share many hobbies together and when we spoke with them during their engagement, they planned to incorporate many personal touches to their wedding day.

The ladies began their day at Salon Fiber in downtown Phoenixville. Danielle was pampered with a case of “brides only” red bull while her and her bridesmaids laughed, bonded and had their hair and make-up done for the wedding.  Danielle topped her look with a custom made tiara by Elnara Niall.  The group walked from the salon to the Phoenixville Foundry to finish getting ready for the couple’s first look.

LEO was on hand when we arrived at the Phoenixville Foundry to help Danielle get the final pieces of the wedding day in place. After putting on her Alfred Angelo dress (custom tailored by Maridadi Couture), and her absolutely amazing (HAND crystaled  by the bride!!) wedding shoes, Danielle gushed to us how excited she was to see Matthew and spend the rest of her life with him.

This beautiful summer’s day lent well for doing their first look the walking bridge behind the Phoenixville Foundry.  Both of them rushed to each others arms when they saw each other for the first time. We did some photos around the campus then headed inside to cool off and get ready for their outdoor ceremony.

Matthew stood up at the alter in his Clothes to Home tux. Reverend Peter Friedrichs provided a lovely ceremony under the blue sky outside the Phoenixville Foundry. The couple exchanged self written vows, hand binding, breaking of the glass, and a “dramatic” first kiss (complete with cheers from their crowd). The two recessed from the ceremony right into cocktail hour. They had food and catering from J Scott Catering – and they didn’t want to miss it for the world!

The ballroom was decked out with centerpieces made by the bride and groom. Orchids from Colonial Gardens were also placed around the room. The newlyweds danced the night away with music from Jam on Sound.

Danielle and Matthew, thank you for having us as part of your wedding celebration! You two are awesome!

FEATURED : Philly.com did a write-up of this rockin’ couple!

Do they look familiar? Maybe like Zombie hunters?
